Meet Our Leaders

Elizabeth Hung
Elizabeth Hung is a junior at Ladue Horton Watkins High School. She began playing violin at the age of four under the instruction of Nora Teipen and currently studies with Joseph Kaminsky. Hung has performed with several orchestras, including the ensembles at the Webster Community Music School, the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, and the Missouri All-State Orchestra. Since 2021, she has also been a member of the Metropolitan Orchestra of St. Louis’ “Share the Stand” program. In addition to her orchestral experience, Elizabeth has performed in various chamber music groups through the Preparatory Program and Chamber Academy

Sadie Ulrich
Sadie Ulrich is a Junior at Clayton High School. She has studied viola since 8th grade under Chris Tantillo. Sadie first began her musical journey at age 6 on the violin. A year later she picked up playing piano. Then, after a shortage of violas in her school orchestra, she stepped up and switched to the viola. Over the years, Sadie has had the opportunity to perform at the Missouri Music Educators Association conference, play in the Young People’s Symphonic Orchestra at the CMS, and been selected as an alternate for the
St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Shulynn Ragland
Shulynn Ragland is a junior at John Burroughs School. This is her 12th year of violin under the instruction of Joe Kaminsky. Growing up, she has played with all four levels of Community Music School of Webster University’s orchestra programs for over 8 years. For the past two years, she has served as the assistant concertmaster of the Young People’s Symphonic Orchestra, recently performing at Carnegie Hall. Additionally, she has been part of Metropolitan Orchestra of St Louis’s Share the Stand program since middle school. Along with the violin, she dedicates much of her time to competitive figure skating.
These leaders have helped create, organize, and develop the 360 Music Tutoring program, playing a key role in planning, coordinating and supporting the growth of this program. They also participate in being a music instructor too! This program would not have been possible without these people.
Meet Our Instructors

Sabrina Perng
Sabrina Perng is a violinist under the tutelage of Ms. Xiaoxiao Qiang and a sophomore at Clayton High School. She began piano at age four and later explored instruments ranging from drum set to ocarina. She also competes in Speech & Debate and HOSA and serves as a Youth Ambassador for Breakthrough T1D in the St. Louis area. Sabrina remains active in music as assistant concertmaster of YPSO, following her role as Principal Violin II for their 2025 Carnegie Hall performance, and participates in percussion and event

Joycie Liu
Joycie Liu is a 14-year-old student at Ladue Middle School. She has a little sister named Melinda Liu. Joycie is a figure skater and has won many competitions, both USFS and ISI, including ISI championships in 2024, and she is going for the title again this year. She also enjoys volunteering for the Saint Louis Modern Chinese School (SLMCS), including modeling their traditional dresses. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting as well.

Henna Lee
Henna Lee is a junior at Parkway Central High School. She has studied violin privately for four years and has participated in YPSO, SLSYO, and the 2026 Missouri All-State Orchestra. She enjoys chamber music and is part of the Chamber Music Society of St. Louis’ Chamber Academy. Lee has studied piano since age four and was an honorable mention at the 2024 and 2025 Missouri Music Teachers’ Association state competitions. She has received First Class Honors with Distinction on levels 5 and 6 and First Class Honors on level 7 for the Royal Conservatory of Music piano exams. Outside of music, Lee enjoys traveling, reading, speech and debate, and learning French.

Aiden Kim
Aiden is a sophomore at Clayton High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Outside of school, he enjoys activities such as cello with the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, piano, and swimming. He founded 360 View of My Peers back in 2024, and has been active in volunteer work ever since.

Mark Yurkuns
Mark is a sophomore at Clayton High School in St. Louis, Missouri. He has a younger brother named Dennis. Mark's originally from Hong Kong, and he enjoys doing activities like mountain biking, mountaineering, backpacking, and swimming. He also plays violin and guitar, loves watching F1, and can speak Chinese and Russian. Mark is also deeply interested in astronomy and does astrophotography, projects, and loves learning more about it.

Lona Shin
Lona Shin is an 8th grader at Wydown Middle School and has studied violin for 10 years with Mr. Joe Kaminsky of the Metropolitan Orchestra of Saint Louis (MOSL). She has performed in two MOSL “Sharing the Music Stand” concerts and was invited to open for the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO) at a neighborhood concert during COVID-19. Lona plays in her school’s Chamber Orchestra, which recently performed at the Missouri Music Educators Association (MMEA) conference, and she also competes in Science Olympiad and plays for K-Elites volleyball club.

Evan Amarasinghe
Evan Amarasinghe is a sophomore at Clayton High School. He has played the violin since 9 years old. He currently studying under Angie Smart. He likes playing soccer as well. He has played soccer for Clayton High school since 2024 and Saint Louis Scott Gallagher soccer club since 7 years old. He also enjoys skiing, biking and traveling.

Gergo Szilagyi
Gergo Szilagyi is a sophomore at Ladue Horton Watkins High School. In addition to music, his hobbies include billiards, biking, tennis, and hiking. Among his achievements are selection to the 2025 and 2026 All-State Orchestras, and he served as Associate Principal Cello in 2025. He's interested in science, world history, and especially music. He enjoys spending time with friends and currently performs with SLSYO, YPSO, the UMSL Cello Choir, and the Amare String Quartet under the Chamber Academy of the Chamber Music Society of St. Louis.
